Vodafone UK has appointed Scott Petty to the role of Chief Technology Officer, replacing Jorge Fernandes. But how has Petty's career readied him for the role?

In that position, Petty led on technology delivery and performance for Enterprise customers in Fixed, Mobile, Unified Communications and Internet of Things (IoT), with customer experience at the heart of his strategy.
