UBS nominates two new Board members ahead of AGM

Leading Swiss multinational investment bank UBS has announced that it has a nominated two new Board members for election a tthe US Group AG annual general meeting (AGM).

The nominees are Jeremy Anderson, former Chairman of Global Financial Services at KPMG between 2010-2017, and Fred Hu, current Chairman of Primavera Capital Group - a position he has held since 2010 - and former Goldman Sachs executive.

"I am delighted at the nomination of Jeremy Anderson and Fred Hu for election to the Board of Directors," Chairman of the UBS Board of Directors Axel Weber said.

"Both possess important skills, experience and expertise and will strengthen the UBS Board of Directors with their specialist know-how upon their election at the AGM.

Alongside the newly elected Hu and Anderson, Chairman of the Board Axel Weber and the other Board members will also stand for re-election for a further one year term.
