OSF Commerce acquires Blueleaf

The Québec-headquartered global retail consultant, OSF Commerce, has announced its acquisition of Blueleaf.

The award-winning UK-based e-commerce agency’s clients include Laura Ashley, Life Style Sports, Tate Modern, the V&A Museum.

The deal will see Blueleaf become OSF Commerce UK, and will enable the Canadian company to expand its operations in the UK.
