EY reveals 733 new global partner promotions
The professional services firm, Ernst & Young (EY), has announced that it has promoted 733 people to be partners across the globe.
Women and emerging markets accounted for almost one third of the new partners in 2019, marking the fifth consecutive year.
“Congratulations to all the new partners around the world on this exceptional career milestone,” stated Carmine Di Sibio, Global Chairperson and CEO of EY.
“The growth and success of our organization are made possible by the contributions of this diverse group of leaders who represent our values, lead high-performing teams and help EY clients navigate disruption every day.”
Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA) had the largest proportion of new partners, with the region accounting for 38% with 275 promotions.
The America’s saw 264 partners promoted, contributing 36%, whilst the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region has 194 promotions, contributing 26%.
